Product description
With an RHG chimney fan from Exodraft, optimal draught can be created in the chimney using negative pressure in the flue pipe and chimney. The RHG has a horizontal discharge, which means that the smoke is sent out to the side and not vertically up.
The RHG has a built-in monitoring system consisting of a pressure switch and a flow measurement system. The Exodraft control unit EFC21 must be connected to the pressure switch to monitor the fail-safe function. The fail-safe function monitors whether there is sufficient draught in the chimney, and if there is not enough draught, the gas supply is shut off to prevent gas leaks.
The chimney fan is designed to withstand up to 200 °C continuously. It is made of corrosion-resistant aluminum, and all screws and bolts are stainless steel.
The chimney fan consists of a motor cable, a top section, motor, centrifugal wheel, cooling plate, support plate, hinges, screws, and bolts. The motor is temperature resistant and sealed, while the centrifugal wheel and cooling air openings ensure that the motor is continuously cooled as much as possible. The motor cable is also heat-resistant and strain-relieved, as well as protected by an external armored hose.
All this ensures a long lifespan and high operational reliability for the chimney fan.
