The pizzeria WOOD in Trondheim, Norway, is specialized in baking pizzas using a wood-fired pizza oven. But Like all other wood- and gas-fired installations, the oven is dependent on a chimney. However, with the restaurant located in the middle of a shopping center, building the right chimney for the task was no small feat. Watch the case story below.
